Well not really a layered cake but close enough! I used the “as cooked on TikTok” cookbook by Gordon and Tilly Ramsay to make some delicious cupcakes. I decided to go with cupcakes over a layered cake because they are way easier to share. A few thing I noticed while making the cupcakes is that my oven must not get as hot because they took FOREVER to bake. I had them in the oven for about and hour and 10 minutes and I still feel like they could have been baked for a bit longer. What everyone at the station liked the most was my homemade buttercream icing. Now I will admit I have my own buttercream recipe I always use, so unfortunately that won’t be in the cookbook. I have to keep some of my baking a secret.
