Well as promised Saskatoon Berry Muffins! These were definitely worth the wait in my opinion. I added a cinnamon sugar crumble to the tops of the muffin and let me tell you that was the best decision ever. Well I don’t want to bore you with my rambling I will tell you have to make them yourself!
What you will need:
2 cups of all purpose flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 butter
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
3/4 cup milk
1 cup Saskatoon berries

In a bowl combine all dry ingredients. In a separate bowl cream together the butter and sugar then add the eggs and milk. Combine the wet ingredients with the dry. Add Saskatoon Berries.
Bake at 475 for 25-30 minutes
