Kelsea Ballerini dressed to impress as she helped celebrate Shania at the 15th Annual Academy of Country Music Honors. At the event in Nashville Kelsea wore the same dress that Shania wore when she won her first 2 Grammy’s back in 1999. The dress fit Kelsea like a glove and even Shania thought she looked amazing!
