Billy Ray Cyrus is releasing a brand new album this Friday. Billy has released 15 studio albums and 50 singles since 1992, and is best known for his debut single “Achy Breaky Heart”. The Snake Doctors Circus will be his 16th studio album and his first one since 2011.
