For the longest time I’ve wanted to try and make perogies but have been to intimidated to give it a try. But today was the day! I found the simplest recipe online and gave it a shot. To be honest the dough was a little to thick, but for my first try they turned out beautiful!


I put a mash potato mixture into the perogies.
My mixture had:
- Garlic Cream Cheese
- Milk
- Salt
- Pepper
- Cheese
